OneProtection.ca provides users with access to information about insurance and financial products, online quoting tools for certain products (primarily travel insurance), and referral services to specialist partners for other insurance and financial needs. All information provided on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or insurance advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial or insurance decisions.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Site.

6. Limitation on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ONEPROTECTION.CA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

The limitation of liability set out above does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by OneProtection.ca (e.g., links to insurance carriers for direct quoting, or the "needs.oneprotection.ca" subdomain if it's a separate platform). OneProtection.ca has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 8. Indemnification

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
